2013年8月1日，德国哈罗德钢琴总部将经验丰富的管理专家伯格先生调任至哈罗德钢琴驻上海办事处，任中国地区总经理。伯格先生毕业于欧洲*大学，并获得经济学以及电子科技双学士学位。欧洲工作数十年时间里，伯格先生一直从事管理职位，随后其与夫人移居上海。伯格先生将会把他的欧洲管理理念以及销售经验带进我公司，他对于中国市场非常了解，对于乐器行业有着独特的见解。

　　初来公司，在人员管理方面，伯格先生就展现出了他的人格魅力。他与每一位员工交谈，了解员工们的工作内容，根据员工自身特点制订了详细的工作计划。在销售方面，伯格先生到来时正赶上经销商推广会，他就钢琴销售中出现的一些问题做了深入浅出的分析，经销商们对此称赞不已。伯格先生将德国的钢琴工艺技术及流程一一讲解，让销售部们的同事更深入化的了解，办事处的同事们都获益匪浅。自从伯格先生上任至今，公司的管理逐步系统化，运营模式逐步多元化。十月上海乐器展即将到来，我公司今年展览规模空前，伯格先生对此提出了不少独特的见解。
